Insulting Someone’s Intellect

There was this one time that I have been telling a friend of a certain person who seemed pretty good at talking, that he often left many people convinced with his antics even if he didn’t really make sense at all. And so, my friend exclaims to me, “just because someone has a sharp tongue, doesn’t mean he has a keen mind.” Then, it hit me. What could be a funnier insult to say to someone who actually thinks he knows so much, but is actually just full of air?
And so I guess this tells us how some people could actually do with less talking and more learning instead. Remember, before you talk too much, remember to make sure that you actually know what you are talking about, or else, you might receive this kind of insult.
